To book shifts and receive payment, you must first verify your identity through Stripe, our secure payment provider.
How to Set It Up
1️⃣ Open the Medeza app and tap “Add a payout method.”
2️⃣ Tap Continue to open the secure Stripe verification window.
New Users:
Enter your email and follow the steps to verify your identity.
Existing Stripe Users:
Enter the email linked to your existing Stripe account to connect instantly.
⚠️ Important: Avoid Verification Delays
If verification fails or is delayed, it’s usually because the information entered does not exactly match your official government records.
To ensure approval, please confirm the following:
Legal Name
Must match your government-issued ID exactly. Do not use nicknames or shortened names.
Government ID / SIN (if required)
Double-check all numbers for accuracy. If only partial digits are requested, they must match your legal records.
Home Address
Enter your current physical residential address. PO boxes are not accepted. Avoid typos or formatting errors.
Date of Birth
Enter your exact date of birth as shown on your government ID.
Phone Number
Use a valid mobile number that can receive SMS verification codes.
If your information does not match your official records, onboarding will not complete and you will not be able to receive payouts.
